W500SL // W1000SL

The W-SL Series models are AGVs with latent lift capabilities, equipped with LiDAR SLAM navigation and handling. The product operates stably and efficiently, with a maximum unloading speed of 6.56 ft/s (2 m/s). It can carry four types of containers: pallets, shelves, wheeled racks, and storage cages.

Autonomous Operation

This system enables autonomous operation and decision-making based on environmental understanding, avoiding collisions and extending equipment lifespan. Assisted navigation has a precision of ±0.39 in (±10 mm) with sensors that detect surrounding elements to prevent impacts.

Safety Measures

Sensors, Activations, and Programming

Equipped with LiDAR to avoid obstacles, front and rear anti-collision strips, and left and right emergency stop buttons to protect the safety of the equipment, the goods, and any operators.

Smart Charging

Autonomous Charging Base

Intelligent energy management: pre-set energy thresholds at various levels and autonomous charging when below the threshold. The equipment charges its entire battery in less than 1.5 hours, providing a lifespan of over 8 hours.

Fleet Management

Control Software

Cluster programming: in the robot control system, you can view the operational status, battery levels, location, and other information for all robots simultaneously. This allows for rapid protocol docking, real-time monitoring, route planning, and traffic management.

WMF1000

The WMF Series models are AGVs equipped with self-lifting capabilities, integrated with LiDAR SLAM navigation and handling systems. The load capacity is less than 3086 lbs (<1400 kg), allowing for the handling and transportation of most goods. Its integral modular design facilitates assembly and maintenance.
