Wiring Options
Welding robots are designed according to customer needs and specific operational conditions. We offer three versions based on the wiring intended for the wire, electrical supply, and gas.
Less Interference
Internal Wiring
We recommend implementing separated wiring for the benefits it provides during operation. This facilitates the handling of the robot and the workpiece, increasing the distance between the power cable (for current and gas) and the flexible conductor (for the wire).
Neat & Safe
At the base are connections for organized and secure wiring. This supports the movement of the robotic arm and ensures user safety.
Super Active Wire Feed (S-AWP)
Active Wire Feed System
Super Active Wire Feed Process (S-AWP)
Through a servomotor in the wire feeder, it significantly reduces spatter by enhancing precision and speed in wire feeding.
Advanced Technology
With the conventional process, wire feeding maintains a constant speed. In contrast, the S-AWP process achieves a continuous back-and-forth motion in wire feeding, reducing spatter thanks to a stable cycle of a short arc.
